Rather than building everything at once, the project is divided into two layers. Each has a clear purpose and can be delivered independently.

A fast, credible public website that acts as a second handshake after personal contact. Its job is to say: "If you are looking for serious, long-term value, you are in the right place."

  • Performance-first (SEO, Core Web Vitals)
  • No accounts, no dashboards, no complexity
  • Minimal lead capture (Credibility is the product)

Decision Support Web App

Next.js / Private Access

A private, interactive application that helps potential clients make informed decisions and gives the company insight into what clients care about. Access requires phone number authentication.

Clear ranges and trade-offs. No fake precision.
2. Jurisdiction Helper
Mainland vs Free Zone guidance.
3. Trade Name Checker
Early validation / conflict awareness.
4. Activity Selector
Helps users narrow down suitable activities.
5. Gov't API Integration
Live linking to DED (e.g. instant Trade Name Checker).

Internal Visibility

  • Staff can see tool usage & generated outputs
  • Used for precise follow-up, NOT a full CRM
Optional Add-On: AI Assistant

Retrieval-based (approved resources only). Strictly internal to Layer 2. Requires explicit API budget approval.

Future Expansions (What can be added later)

Once Layers 1 and 2 are stable, the architecture easily supports infinite scaling. Examples of future additions:
